Review: I paid $392.49 for a watch.then cancelled the order. the watch was stopped from coming to me which was good but when I have repeatedly emailed them for my refund they have not sent it. out of frustration I asked them to send me a cheque but still nothing even with [redacted] involved. this has been going on months now.Desired Settlement: refund the full amount back onto my card account or with a cheque

Review: I ordered a Harley Davidson watch 76L23 on May *, 2013 on line. Order #[redacted] 05/**/2013 $167.99 [redacted] Payment went through. I contacted Tulip watches on May ** , 2014 as I still had not recieved my watch. [redacted] from Tulip watches contacted me by email stating it left from one of there suppliers on May ** 2013. On July [redacted] 2013 I notified tuilp watches by email that I still had not recieved my watch and asked for a tracking # which they would not supply with with. August **, 2014 still no watch contacted Tulip watches again and reived this email.

We heard back from the supplier this order shipped from today and this shipment apparently encountered problems in customs due to a clerical error in the customs paperwork and was returned to the supplier's warehouse.

We can either have this item reshipped to you, or this order can be canceled and a full refund issued. Please let me know which course of action you prefer.

I apologize for the problems you experienced in receiving this shipment.

[redacted] I requested a full refund on August **, 2014. So since then I have emailed and tried calling every month requesting this refund and have recieved NO response. I have also contacted their "contact us" page on thier website and have reieved no call back. This has gone on to long and they have gotten away with my money that I work very hard for. Costomer service is very poor!!!!! I am very angry and hurt that I was taken advantage of and will never purchase anything online again. [redacted] ([redacted]) [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like my money back or the watch I ordered so I can sell it.
