This company was recommended to us by our builder years ago Prior to that we used one of the big name companies with fancy trucks and ads and always felt there was an up-sell and pressure to pay for extra things The Urbans charge fair prices, NEVER up-sell and even show up on weekends and even holidays without overcharging
One of the area's largest a/c companies came to my house and told me my system
was ready to give out and they tried to push a new system on me to the tune of
$5k-
A friend suggested I call Air Conditioning & Heating Specialty, Incbecause they
were known to be honest and fair- When they showed up at my house (on time,
I might add) they tracked the problem to a small part which was preventing
my a/c from coming on- The part was inexpensive and the a/c worked perfectly after it had been replaced
I have nothing but praise for this company They are real - down to earth - honest
people
I am a disablied veteran and my air went out I went to these people who I did not know , I told them of my problem , they had no hesitation they jumped right on my problem, they repaired my unit fast , some of the nicest and polite people I have ever meet or dealt with , I highly recommend them to any one great folks.
