warranty that he may have with *** and can also severely damage an engineWe have documentation attached to this response letter proving that he added modifications to the engine.After being dissatisfied with his service at a local *** dealership, *** *** removed the aftermarket partsOnce removed, he brought the car to our shop for the complaintHe brought it here for a diagnosis and made no mention to our service department that he had installed after market parts on the vehicleWe reached out to the *** dealer and discussed the issue with themTheir findings are also documented in our attached repair order.He discussed this issue with our General Sales Manager, Ray M***At first, he made no mention of the aftermarket partsOnly after we discovered he had modified the engine, did he admit to itI also had a conversation with ***He did reveal that he had modified the engine to me as well.Furthermore, we offered *** a day or 2,mile powertrain warranty with the purchase of the vehicle, He accepted the warranty and that signed buyer's guide is attachedThe attached odometer statement and our dealership repair order show that *** exceded this warranty by both days and mileage,Although it is an unfortunate situation, we will not be reimbursing the customer for any repairs that he must complete on the engineNot only did *** falsely accuse our dealership and attempt to damage ourreputation, he also fraudulantly represented the damages on the vehicle.Thank you for your understanding.Matthew W
