Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: There is not a single point in the entire report that looks typed specifically to me other than making sure to use the proper pronounsThe entire report including supposedly written out section looks like they match a key word with a condition and then list absolutely everything under the sun about the conditionA lot of the symptoms discussed and mentioned have nothing to do with meI told you this, and I dont understand why they dont understand that I am saying everything in the entire report is an exampleNone of it looks like it was hand typed by a human beingAt best a human being read the report and then just copied rewritten things in based on what I told youWritten in such a way that they could apply to anyone with symptom "A", and anyone with symptom "B"There is no real human analysis done anywhere in the report other than by the computer.
It is not narrowed down to anything at allThe report is basically a list of absolutely everything under the sun.
Preferring not to disclose too much about my personal information, however, one obvious example is that smoking is listed as a possible cause of my problems.....I started smoking in February of and have already quitNow the reason I am bothered by smoking listed as a cause is not because of the duration of the time I spent smoking being so short...its because percent of my problems started more than a year before I started smoking.
As indicated in the following passage that I sent to them as well :
-------------------------------
The problem with the big toes swelling, numbness, and pking feeling started in july a few weeks after I cut my right foot's second smallest toeThat toe that was cut always hurts and cant curl properlyThe hernia and pain where my right kidney are have been around for years but arent daily, usially several times a monththe TMJ in my jaw and face muscle stiffness has been years as wellAll other symptoms have been around about years
------------------------------
So why would smoking indicate an issue that has been around around years when I had started smoking half a year ago is my question.
Sincerely,
*** ***

Our client is, unfortunately, refusing our offer to clear up any issues and misunderstandings by contacting the reviewing doctor despite recommendations (and counting) to do so.As such, we are unable to offer him solutions to his concerns at this point, leaving only the refund option, which our client appears intent on pursuing. A refund will be forthcoming, as per our guarantee, if either his report or the reviewing doctor is in error. We provide a professional service and his reviewing doctor has spent considerable time on his case. Like most professionals, we do not offer a Wal-Mart-style "get a refund for any reason or no reason" option.> I pointed out what is wrong with
the report,, namely you can tell my> information wasn't reviewed in full.Specifics are needed if we are to respond. What is wrong with the report exactly? Incorrect facts, assertions, conclusions, or research? Which information wasn't reviewed? Did the doctor miss something? We don't know, because our client will not tell us and take these issues up with his reviewing doctor.> I told them what was wrong and instead of getting a response that> addressed the issue I got a response that, excuse me for saying,> but
sounds to me like they were intentionally misreading the email. > Namely
that I asked them why one thing wasnt included in the> diagnosis and
their response was about a completely different> thing that had nothing
to what I said.Correct information is needed if we are to respond. There was a significant discrepancy between some of our client's responses in the questionnaire and the "diagram of problems" that he later submitted. In his diagram he stated that he had started a vigorous program of (redacted) years ago, but in his questionnaire he stated that he does not engage in any (redacted) at all. His complaint now is that the doctor failed to take into account his (redacted); we have asked him to clear up this discrepancy and he has so far refused.> There is no information in the report that can't be
found in a google> search of my symptomsAll they've provided me with is
purely the> same as what I would get if I googled my symptoms and made a> list of of all of the results. Our client appears not to see the difference between typing symptoms into Google, and collecting and combining symptoms, performing a differential diagnosis upon them, and presenting a detailed report of likely issues. We provide three sample reports on our website prior to our clients ordering. See, for example, ***. Had our client felt, prior to ordering, that his time and money would be better spent creating his own report using Google, he could have done so. Instead, he opted to order a Full Doctor Review from *** and thereby commission the services of one of our MDs.*Any* information can be found on Google, from the reproductive lifecycle of gnats to making your own nuclear bomb. Should someone demand a refund from Amazon for the encyclopedias that they bought, simply because the same information can be found on ***? Would they demand a refund from their own doctor upon hearing something that they could also find on Google?
> Nothing in the report looks typed by hand despite the claim a> doctor reviewed it and commented on it.We have asked our client to point out anything in his report that does not relate directly to him. He has, so far, failed to do so. As soon as he does, his reviewing doctor will, just as with her review of his case, deliver a personal response specific to him.Sincerely,*** ***Diagnose-Me.com

Our
client has been a difficult customer from the very start, but despite
this we have tried to accommodate his needs.  Unfortunately, nothing
appears good enough for...

him and he is intent on receiving a refund for a
report which we deem perfectly correct until he shows it to be
otherwise, which he refuses to do.
Our client completed his questionnaire, ordered his report, 2 minutes
later sent updated information for the reviewing doctor to take into
account, 41 minutes later sent further information, 12 hours later
submitted a "diagram of problems", 9 minutes later submitted further
information, 16 hours later tried to submit more images that were
rejected by our server due to their size (over 15MB), 18 minutes later
submitted the content of those emails in text format, 3 hours later sent
further communication, and 51 minutes later sent further
communication.  To her credit, his reviewing doctor not only accepted
all of this without complaint, but also took it all into account during
her extensive review of his case.
This is the first time our service has been compared to "Googling".  Our
service involves identifying hundreds of possible symptoms (both
obvious and not obvious), applying thousands of weighted connections to
build a shortlist of possible disease conditions, performing a
differential diagnosis, and providing our clients with a prioritized set
of issues to rule out (or in), and prioritized actions to consider
taking.
We are not permitted to enter into specifics about our client's medical
complaints, but a sample report for a different person with the name
changed can be found here in order to get some idea of what our client
received:
[redacted]
We challenge anyone to demonstrate how our service is in any way similar to "Googling".
Our client has refused to clarify certain issues (for example, his
"diagram of problems" strongly conflicts with what he entered into his
questionnaire), and has also -- despite four requests -- refused to
contact his reviewing doctor in order to clear up any misunderstandings,
confusion, or incorrectly-entered data.  There is no additional charge
for sending a revised report based on corrected information, and no
charge for follow-up questioning of the doctor.  Our doctors take as
long as is necessary to ensure that our clients are satisfied, but they
can not do this if the client refuses to correspond with them, as in
this case.
We have repeatedly asked our client to clarify conflicting information
that he has provided; he has refused.  We have asked him to quote
specific passages form his report which are wrong or "copied and pasted"
and not relevant to his case; he has refused.  We have asked him to
point out specific faults with his report; he has refused. In order to settle this dispute, we ask again that our client kindly submit a list of the questions that he has, quoting relevant parts of his report that he feels are incorrect.  His reviewing doctor will respond, and if it turns out that she has made error(s), then we will indeed refund his full payment as our guarantee states.
