I came to TulsaRv looking for a tow-behind camper that I needed immediately***, ***, and especially service man ***, (I think) worked together to ready our camper in hoursGreat work! I am extremely pleased with their hard work to accommodate me in such a short timeI could not beat the price!

This business does unethical and very poor business taticsThey advertise units they do not have and even the ones they have they lie stating they sold that unit already in efforts to get you in a more expensive unitThe quality of the units do not compare with other dealers of the product, example cheaper mattresses in the units etc, and they want to over charge you for other servicesThey quoted me a hitch install for on my vehicle when it ended up costing me

As the previous reviewer said they use pressure and upsales tacticsThe sales guy called me on a Sunday, called me the wrong name, then tried to sell me a houseI came in to LOOK and get ideas, but by the time it was over they ran my credit through every bank possibleJust alot of shady things about it and it just doesn't sit well with me the way they run their business
They were reasonably nice considering the pressure tacticsSad really

Very rude they called back after we had looked at rv then decided to buy elsewhere we I started telling h why he said he didn't care that he had quote made me a hell of a deal and hung up

We are grandparents of a yr old & yr old wanting to give them a great camping experience, which became a camping nightmare
We rented a fifth wheel camper through Mack at Tulsa RV (which we will never do again.) We were very upfront with Mack explaining, we had NO camping RV experience & were depending on him to give us all needed information To help eliminate some of what we thought could be a problem, we paid Tulsa RV an extra fee to deliver & set up the RV at a camp site at the Illinois River, so they were very aware of where the camper was going to be hooked upFirst we find we needed a amp breaker not a amp, which is what was at the site we had rentedWe were never told the need of the different ampsWe had to go to Lowe's to pick up an adapter to hook up to a 30amp breaker, because the man delivering the camper said he did not have any money or credit card to get oneWhen we got back to the camp site the man delivering the camper was gone & camper had not been leveledWe could only run of the air conditioners, which kept it during the day 88-degreesNext we find out the sewer line they had sent would not reach the sewer, but was told the tank on the camper is large enough to take care of people for daysVery wrong the tank filled up less then hrs, leaving my daughter all soaped up standing in 1/insof water screaming her head offThe camper was to hot to cook in, so we go into Tahlequah for dinnerWhen we get back from dinner & go inside the camper there is a loud beeper going offCould not figure it out, but by this time we had all the attention of the other campers, which one of the experience RV campers came in & found the smoke alarm hanging loose & the battery had been taken outHe thought that could be the problem, which turned out not to beAfter searching for 20-mins he found it was the carbon dioxide detectorAfter checking everything out he found it had to be a defective detector & disconnected itAlso we had called Mack separate times & all calls were not returnedBy this time my daughters & son-in-law were concerned for there life, so both rented a hotel room & stayed in TahlequahWhen we explained all our experiences to Mack & Craig the general manager of Tulsa RV, they acted has all the issues were our problemsThey would not give us a break in the price of renting the RV for days, but said if we wanted to rent again on another weekend they would gives us a discount That will never happen! We plan to let as many people that we come in contact with, know of our experience with Tulsa RV & how arrogant Craig acted & how rude & angry Mack acted when we told them we felt what had happen was due to there setup of the camper and we were owed a refundThey ended up giving us wooping $credit

Tulsa RV was very unprofessional in unethical in their business practicesThey list items on their website they do not even have and try to use pressure sales techniques to put in a over price RVAfter doing market research, their "bargains" are no bargains at allThe units they have the lowest quality for the line but offer it at the retail for the highest price of the lineBasically the units they sell are overpricedThey also soak you for other items such as hitch and installQuoted me for a hitch install and when I talked to a friend that same hitch install was only After the initial meeting they are then "out of pocket" and if you questions non of the sales staff can answer your questions because they do not have the latest rate sheet and are unknowledgeable of the products they sellEvery question asked about a unit we were told how green the staff was and did not know much about the unit including dry weight, length, etcI do not recommend Tulsa RV

They quoted me a hitch install for 1300.00 on my vehicle when it ended up costing me 450.00.
