This will not happen again.When Ms. [redacted] called to dispute the invoice, David did call Ms.[redacted] twice but there was no way to leave a message.I met with Ms. [redacted] the day after this issue came to my attention. We aoreed that a $280.00 payment will be considered payment in full. We voided the initial invoice and sent her a new invoice for $280.00, which she promptly paid to close the matter.Randy [redacted] President

Review: Estimate given for removal of 12 small hedges was $280.00, given to me by "dave". The bill I received was $480.00. When I called the company, all I got was "we'll give dave your message". Today I got a bill for $485.00 including late fee. The estimate was given in june, the work was done in august, taking only 45 minutes from arrival to departure.Desired Settlement: I need to have the amount owed to be the same as the estimate given which was $280.00. If the estimate were any higher, I wouldn't have had the work done. I was waiting to give him a check when the job was done, but he just drove off with no communication.
