In response; A representative of Tumax International spoke with the customer’s son on 11/13/2017. The initial transaction was not with the complainant; It was his mother who agreed to purchase a gift card. The representative offered to mail, with tracking, a duplicate gift card. The customer’s son...
stated that he does not want a duplicate card sent to his mother and to cancel the sale. The representative stated that the initial gift card would indeed be cancelled in our system. Tumax International agreed to cancel the initial card and not send a duplicate, and sale cancelled. We are unsure exactly what this gentleman’s complaint is. We complied with his requests.
