SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
overpriced tumblers and fake emails letting you know your order was being filled...I thought it was odd to get email after email about the production of the product, when most companies simply fill the order and send you tracking when they ship. I've contacted these jerks several times, to no avail. they didn't even get back to me to lie about it being lost.
I'm sick about the money I wasted on this...I ordered two customized tumblers to the tune of over $80...one was supposed to be a gift. such BS. very disappointed.

If I could, I would give them zero stars. I ordered a tumbler on 6/4 and 2 months later, still haven't received it. They claim it was lost in shipping, which is what all the negative reviews I'm now seeing are also saying. Total BS. They keep promising a refund but have yet to see it. The way their responses are written it's clear that they don't speak english. Biggest scam ever and mad at myself for ordering from them. I will continue to frequently hound them with refund requests. grrrr!

I ordered a tumbler from this company. I received the package on July 22nd, but didn't open it until August 8th. I sanitized all my packages and let them sit in the room to make sure the virus is gone/dead. I am high risk, so I am cautious. I opened the package, and one item was missing; the lid. I contacted them. They said since it passed twenty days, they can't do anything about it. They offered me a 15% refund. How was I supposed to know something would be missing when I finally was able to open the package? If this pandemic weren't around, I would have opened the package right away and would notice the missing item. I would have contacted them right away, which I did when I opened my package. I think I waited for a day or two before I contacted them because I had two doctor's appointments. I told them I didn't want the whole thing; I just want the lid. I thought they would have been understanding, but I guess not. I felt like they took the lazy way out and offered me a 15% refund instead of just sending me the lid. They made a mistake and should fix their errors and not try to offer a 15% refund just so they can save money. I felt cheated. So am I supposed to give in to them and take the 15% refund when it's their errors? What good is the refund when I'm stuck with a tumbler with no lid?

If I could leave 0 stars I would, this is an absolute scam. They take your order, pull the money right away and wait for you to complain about not receiving their product. As soon as you do they tell you they lost the shipment and will refund the money which never gets refunded.
100% absolute scam, they have been doing this to so many people I don't know or understand how they continue to get away with it. I would never trust anything that has to do with Tumblerry at all, run as far away as possible from this company.
