I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] The District Manger has attempted to contact me, however he calls during work hours when I am unable to answerHis voice mails are simply "apologizing" for the mistake that was made by his employees, but does not offer to amend the experience that our party encountered with the companyAt this point I am finished dealing with them, and I appreciate your help in this matter Regards, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. The District Manger has attempted to contact me, however he calls during work hours when I am unable to answer.
