chargeAgain, all of this took place before receiving the complaint letter.It is unfortunate when complaints are filed against companies such as ours who are working on vehicles that need lots of maintenanceMaking repairs on one part of a car often time results in other issues coming to light as the repaired part of the car begins to work as it shouldEspecially on a vehicle where repairs have been neglected for a long period of timeThis is not unlike a person going in for a chiropractic treatment on their back only to find out the issue was really not their back but something else.
