Review: I took my vehicle into Tune Craft on 1/14/2015 for a smog check because I was selling the vehicle that day. There were no defects to my vehicle's windows upon arrival to Tune Craft. After the smog check I got in my vehicle and the window was stuck rolled down partially with no warning from any technician or employee that it was now broken. Upon realizing the damage to my vehicle immediately I went inside to ask how it broke while they were performing a smog check on my car and the employee, [redacted], said "it was bad timing." After much difficulty and discussion I finally got in writing that the "driver front window regulator broke while vehicle was getting a smog check." The employee signed it and I have a copy. The employee claimed he ordered the necessary part to fix my vehicle and I was informed that I needed to talk to the owner the next morning to discuss repairs and payment options. I went back into Tune Craft on 1/15/2015 at 8:30 in the morning and spoke with the owner [redacted]. He was immediately rude, with no interest in discussing the incident with me as he flat out told me "I will not work on your car." He told me to take it up with the BAR because he was not going to help me. The last thing he said was "we're done here" and walked out of the room. So I am now stuck with a broken vehicle that I am unable to sell because of the dishonest practices of Tune Craft. Tune Craft essentially took thousands of dollars out of my pocket as I lost my buyer because of the broken window and the fact that they could not have the car that day like we planned. I now have to wait an additional 10 (or more) days for this investigation to complete before I can fix the car and sell it. On a side note, Tune Craft is advertising on their website that they are Revdex.com accredited and the Revdex.com website clearly states that they are not a Revdex.com accredited business.Desired Settlement: Since Tune Craft Auto Center has refused to repair the damages they caused on my vehicle, I am asking that I be reimbursed for the total cost of parts and labor now required to fix the damages incurred while the vehicle was in their care.
