Review: I purchased one pair of shoes, order #[redacted], for $99 plus $6.70 shipping plus $3.50 handling, for a total of $109.20 on 5/4/2015. I returned the shoes (unworn and in new condition) shortly after, via [redacted] tracking #[redacted], which was delivered on 5/19/2015. Two weeks afterward, not having received a refund, I attempted to call the number listed on the Contact page of the website, which had a full mailbox. On 6/8/2015 I emailed [redacted] (listed on the Contact page) requested an update on the refund status, and provided the tracking number above. On 7/9/2015 I again contacted the same email address, requesting an update on the refund status. I still have not received a refund.Desired Settlement: A refund which I am obligated based on my return in accordance with the company's stated policies, and receipt of the return confirmed by [redacted].
