We did try to contact *** ***. We have not refused to work on his car. The only setback was we had another customer using our loaner car. We do not usually provide a loaner but we were trying to help *** *** out
There is a full warranty on all work performed at our
shops. We do not feel like he is a problem and I would like him to call me, *** ***, at our Tune Tech location on North Division 465-to schedule and repair his concerns. It should be a fast fix and we look forward to resolving any issues he is experiencing

*** called on Wednesday and spoke with our manager and was informed that I was home sick for the day. He then called back on Thursday and was informed that I was at our Monroe location and that he could call me there. He informed my manager that he would just go ahead and contact the Revdex.com again. I called him immediately after he spoke with my manager and he did not answer his phone. I left a message to have him call me as soon as possible so we could schedule to rectify his problem. He has not as yet returned my call. I just called again (11/14) and left another message for him to return my call. We have a one year warranty on all work and I assure him that we will honor our warranty on his vehicle
We are willing to make this right but he needs to afford us that opportunity
