This crap company is world wide famous :) Selling badly made mass produced china products and calling itsself an exhaust shop...should be ashamed. Only comunication I have had is smugly brushing aside my complaint...better hope Im never near you postage address todd :)

Tuner Bits...use this company if you want your car to use low quality gear.

Review: I ordered a part for my car and payed for it and never received the part. I tried calling over and over leaving a message every time and never got a call back. I emailed 3 or 4 times no response. I even frayed to fax them and the number came back disconnected no longer in service.I never receive a tracking #. I did get an email saying thank you for your order and payment. I'm [redacted] I payed $107.28 and my car is still siting in the driveway, I've been taking the buss to work, This sucks!!!!

Fedex tracking #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. The parcel got returned by fedex due to an incomplete address on May 29th. it was missing a apartment/space #. A Full refund including the shipping was issued to the buyer back on June 5th.

Review: I ordered headlights from tunerbits.com on 11/20/2013, it is 12/12/2013 and still have not received them.

I purchase a pair of headlights for my 1995 Honda del Sol on 11/20/2013 total of $153.28 and have yet to receive it. My order # is [redacted].

I've sent numerous emails to [redacted] requesting tracking information or an update on my order and no one has responded, I feel like I am being ignored. I've also attempted to call the number on their website(###-###-####) but can never hold of an actual person. As of today, this is what appears on their website when I try to click on the status.

Review: Ordered auto part from Tuner Bits, never received item despite attempts to contact business by phone, email, fax.

All attempts to reach business to get information on order status have failed (e-mail, phone, fax).

Order is supposed to be delivered to Guadeloupe, FWI by USPS Priority Mail.

I am very sorry to hear my [redacted] product has not arrived to him. It got shipped by USPS Priority Mail to his country of [redacted] back in Early February. Post office tracking does not work about 90 days from delivery. I will do my best to find the original paperwork and see what has happened. A new parcel can be shipped out to the buyer or a full refund can be done.

First, thanks a lot for your effort to help me out with this issue.

Unfortunately, because of translating issues at my business I have been unable to respond to the message sent by business owner within required period.

I do though appreciate business owner's effort to communicate and solve issue, I understand that there may have a been a delivery issue with USPS.

As it is still difficult to contact business directly, I would like Revdex.com to forward my decision about the complaint I have filed to "Tuner Bits".

Even after this long period of time, I still need the product to be delivered, so I would, if possible, require business to ship out the same product over as soon as possible.

Please let me know if I can still use this complaint file to solve this issue or whether I should file another complaint.

Let me apologize to the buyer personally that the item never arrived. It was shipped from rocklin, CA back in march and should have arrived to the country of Guareloupe within 1-2 months. A lost package claim can be filed with the US mail. A new parcel or full refund can be done. Email attempts have been made to the buyer as we need a paypal email to issue a new payment since the original transaction was older then 60 days.

I am fairly surprised to read Tuner Bits latest response. I have attempted several times to contact them directly through their website email contact page, I have to this never received any email from this company.

I have stated several time that I was accepting their offer to re-send the item that was originally ordered. I understand the company has my email address and therefore don't understand why no effort has been made on their part to reach me and sort this issue once and for good.

I am starting to be very suspicious of this company's fair attempts at solving the issue.

Could the company please contact me directly at [redacted]@hotmail.fr to give me instructions to get a refund or to have item shipped again.

I am very sorry for the hassle with the post office. They are claiming it did indeed get delivered. They dont have any signed proof of the parcel reaching you so I will be filing a claim with them. Please let me know if you would prefer to get refunded by US check or through paypal. I will need a paypal email or physical address in order to complete the refund. Once again please accept my apology for the huge delays with this.

Review: I ordered taillights a week ago on two day shipment. They aren't here. And FedEx has no tracking of them ever. The order was confirmed through email.

On July 19th 2013, my mother [redacted] ordered me taillights for my 2009 Corolla. They are LED smoked lights. I had them expressed shipped in two days. They aren't here, so I called FedEx and they had no tracking of them what so ever. So obviously it's the company's fault. I have tried to contact them through email and phone numerous... Numerous times.

I do not understand why this is going on. The payment was confirmed and I have the receipt on my email. I'm very upset about this, the company needs to have better communication ... Review: I had ordered a product from the above mentioned company, since 10th june,the car part has not arrived yet.the trakng number says its delivered in CA.

I Ordered a JDM Black & Red 5 Speed Gear Shift Knob & Red Stitch Suede Boot, from the above mentioned company through Ebay. the order was placed and full payment was given via credit card on 10th June 2013. I received a tracking number of USPS First Class Mail Intl / First Class Package Intl Service , but until now I have not received any update or email from the buyer or from usps or ebay. I have checked my local post as well where USPS always sends the car parts shipped from ebay users.

now today I checked the tracking number for any update in USPS website, and it is saying delivery location ROCKLIN, CA 95677. where as I have not received my ordered car part and I am in saudi arabia.

I have tried to contact the seller company via fax, phone and email. but no one replies.Desired Settlement: if possible they can make sure I get my car part as soon as possible now, if not then please refund my money.
