We listened to our voicemails over the weekend, and called customers back, but we did not hear any messages from youRegarding the email, we are still trying to get back to everyone (half of our office is out sick with the flu), and we should be caught up todayRegarding the intake, are you sure you got the wrong one? Does it say CP-549BLK on the side? Do you really have a GCoupe with Automatic Transmission? We will email you some competitor instructions that might make the install clearer for you.
Also, we are not the type of company that tries to run away from customer complaintsOur reputation is everythingIf for whatever reason, you are unhappy with the intake, we are more than happy to take it back from you and give you a full refundIf it was the result of our mistake, we will even pay for shipping backHowever, you need to give us a chance to respond first before blasting our reputation on the whole internet when only one business day has elapsed from the time you began contacting usWe will be contacting you shortly

We apologize for the inconvenienceThe item the customer was out of stock, so we offered another item which the customer acceptedWe also refunded the customer 20% back for the delayWhile we do our best to reply to our customers ASAP, we are unfortunately not able to respond on weekends or after
business hours.

I ordered a car part on March 15, The company followed up the following day stating that one of the two parts ordered were going to take around 3-weeks to come inIt is a month as of today and still no partI have called this company multiple times and no one has answeredThere has also been only one response to the emails I sentI fully understand if a product is backordered it will take time to come in, however, I should be able to call the company, they should answer, and I should be able to ask them further questions regarding the status of my orderI am highly dissatisfied with the complete unprofessional service of this companyThe customer service is terribleI want to know when I will receive my order!
