It also states once they proceed they agree to the termsWe went above and beyond to accommodate him even with the stated termsEvery company had their policy in placeThat is their right. If he would’ve tried to bring a used pair well past days to Best Buy they would refuse him on the spotWe feel we have done more than our diligence to help rectify this. Thank you,Andrew

I am rejecting this response because: I have a product that is not working and I should have got a new pair anyway because if a customer is unhappy , you are suppose to make sure they are satisfied . I have got two tunes that do not work properly . Regardless if I get a refund or not , I want everyone to know so that it want happen to anyone else .

I am rejecting this response because: I feel that you all did not try hard enough. The first product was not working and the second product that you all sent is not working. You all do not even care. I am thankful that you all sent another pair but once the use to have something that doesn't even work. Tunes need to do better at checking their products before they send it out especially with them being a new company. Furthermore , I have a friend that bought  the same headphones for tunes and she is starting to have the same issues that I am having and its only been a few months.  Last , this company has been very rude to me and has not tried to resolve my issue and they have been very rude to me.
