Review: Bought an item from them on-line and it wasnt the item they showed for saleThey sent me a different item and when I received it they said just send it back and they would reinburse me for the itemWell, they decided that they were not going to reinburse me and that they also said they never recieved the item backI have proof that they did get the item backI sent it back priority mail with a tracking number and now they are trying to blackmail me to get my money back from themVery dishonest peopleI have corresponding emails to confirm my side.Desired Settlement: I want my money back for one and I definately want a strike against them.This whole process has taken me a bunch of extra time to doIf they had just refunded my money I would have done nothing but making me fight to get it back is wrongI am also in the process of getting the attorney general involved in this business' deceptive practices
