Tungsten World Inc

This company has a shady business practice. They sell tungsten rings that are prone to break where the stone is set. After they break they tell you that they can replace it for a large fee for a better, higher quality ring. They even admitted over the phone that this happens often. Why are they still selling the ring that is almost guaranteed to break?
