inherited a service agreement for maintenance not for service; since then went to the residence, the a/c was frozen so they made another return call the next day, found unit was leaking, priced to replace the coil due to the leak, also priced the replacement of the entire unit, according to business...
they have already been out to the customer's home and made the necessary repairs and all issues are resolved
