Purchased product a month ago, was not vended properly, have tried to reach out multiple times with NO response!!
About a month ago, I purchased hot pockets for $each with a debit cardThey were vended from the machine, but when I went to grab them, the door would not open due to a bottle of milk blocking the doorThere were additional items in the bottom to include sandwiches and other snacks no one was able to collect because of that milkI called right there and left a voicemail asking to be contacted back as I wanted a refund or hot pockets when the guy that refills the machines was hereNo responsea week or so later I sent in a message from the Canteen website with these details and again received no responseI reached out to Canteen on *** and got a response that they were working with local management to get me a solution, and there has not been oneI have not received a voicemail of any kind alerting me to contact anyone in particular and am quite pissed
