We have been in business for over years and have always made it a priority to take care of our customersWe are properly licensed and accredited in all the departments in which we do businessCertifying septic systems is a job we complete numerous times a weekWhen this particular system was inspected we noticed that there could be a concern with the leaching system so our technician made sure to properly mark it on the ADEQ report for the home saleThe ADEQ form was clearly marked as "functional with concern" due to the concern with the leaching systemThis concern was even notated on the "Inspection Summary" portion of page of the reportI have attached this page to the Revdex.com response so all parties can see how it was markedThis report is made available to the buyer, seller and agents for the home saleWe are not responsible for the buyer continuing with the home purchase when the concern with the septic system was properly marked and explained through the ADEQ report Thanks,Reddi Services

I was present when the inspection was done, no inspection was done of the systemThe "concern " was not explained as to why when I asked the technicianThe person was just there to pump the septic system empty and did not perform the certification correctlyWhat was done was just to answer the other uestions with "unknown " so they are off the hook as to accountability of performance of the procedure accurately

The inspection and paperwork were both done correctlyAll parties involved had access to the ADEQ report to know that there was a concern with the leach systemThe customer went through with the home purchase knowing there was an issueThe buyer should have approached the concern with the seller of the home to make sure the leach system was repaired before the sell of the home was final

Chase,I would expect you to back your technicians and find this admiral on your partYou are correct, I have been a customer since and think Pepe is great, but this time I cannot say the same for Chris and RogerI have done my due diligence and read reviews about your company and yes you have some nice reviews, but they are not all 100% positiveHumans make mistakes and in this case Chris made oneOnce again, I would expect them to cover themselves and provide a story where it would not be possible for Chris to have made a mistakeCertainly the events of what happened bear out that the fact the same problem was still occurring after I was charged for a repair that was not neededFor you to insinuate that you were doing me a favor by sending out another tech to fix the same problem at "no charge" is insultingLike I have stated from the start I was willing to pay for what should have been a routine repair of a loose wire I feel a charge to me of $is fair for that service call, but do not feel I should be charged for a repair that questionable at bestI have asked that you or Jay call me from the very start of this challenge, but Roger has either been ignoring those requests or has not bothered to inform youIt is unfortunate that we have reached this point.Thank you, [redacted]

We have been in business for over years and are licensed and accredited to perform ADEQ septic inspections for home sales and purchasesAt the time of this particular inspection we cleared this septic system as "functioning with concern"The reason we did not pass this system as fully
operational was because we were not able to gurantee the functionality of the leach fieldThese notes were all made and filed on the ADEQ inspection form which the seller, agents and purchaser of the property had access toI have attached a copy of the ADEQ form to this response from the septic inspection showing that it was marked as "functioning with concern"We are not responsible for the tank failing months later when we filed the concern at the original date of inspection. explained to her that we do not carry her type of toilet handle on our trucks but we would pick one up and send a technician out at no charge to take care of itThe job was completed that day everything was left in working orderWe are sorry MsR*** originally felt ripped off from our work on Saturday, August 20th but we hope she feels we did our best to take care of her during our return service visit to her home on August 22nd\Thanks,Reddi Services

On the evening of Saturday August 15th Mrs*** sent en e-mail inquiry to our company e-mail address stating she had spoken with one of our Customer Service RepresentativesDuring that call our representative told Mrs*** we would not be able to take care of her repair because we are not
currently servicing the *** area due to unforeseen circumstancesAt the completion of the call my representative contacted me to make me aware of the situation and at that time I decided to respond to Mrs*** e-mailIn my e-mail response that Mrs*** already provided I stated that we were not currently able to service the *** area and because of that I would refund their entire bill from the service we provided her on 7/20/Only $out of the $we charged her that day involved her air conditioning system but I decided we would refund the entire bill out of courtesy since we were not able to handle her homes emergencyThe refund was processed Monday morning August 17th as I stated it would be and Mrs*** should find the refund check in her mailbox in the upcoming daysOur company never has and never will advertise any informationAlthough we have not been able to service the *** area for the last couple weeks we will be starting to do so again soonWe have been in business since and have always made pleasing our customers our top priority.Thanks,*** ***General ManagerReddi Services

Chase,I would expect you to back your technicians and find this admiral on your part. The loose wires came from the main repair but were not the cause of the original issue you experienced with your AC. This is why Frank came out and took care of it at no charge. We are more than willing to refund you the sum $250 because of the inconvenience of our tech having to come out a second time.
