This customer made an online reservation for a cabin In doing so he had to check a box that states our cancellation policy I have copied the email trail that has led up to your involvement in this situation Our cancellation policy is clearly stated on our website and you can not make an online reservation without checking the box saying that you are aware of it Whether he read it or not I can not say, but he did check the boxWe received his check and cashed it prior to the cancellation requestI am sorry that the gentleman is unhappy, but our policy states that he may use that deposit any time up to a year from the original dates that he requested This was also stated in the response to his emails We have been in business since that should be a statement on its own[redacted] Tunnel Trail CampgroundThank you,Tunnel Trail

We received his check and cashed it prior to the cancellation request. This is our policy and you cant make a reservation without clicking the box. The money is still there and if he wants to make another reservation he can do so.
