Business practices seem to be very deceptiveI decided not to apply with this company due to the unusual monetary requestConsidering there are so many rental/real estate scams going on, I feel this may be one, just made to look legitimate
This organization is not bad, but they do lack the communications skills needed to maintain confidence in their abilities as realtors
My only complaint with Leading Edge Real Estate is that they (*** ***) were not available as my Realtor to have our questions answered in a timely manner Due to this lack of communication, our earnest money was forfeited and we now have to pay $to an inspector and $for an appraisal to a house we will never own If he would have been around and available we would be moving in

I texted *** *** to tell him that in addition to the price quote on the blinds we also needed a foot gate added to the back of the houseI immediately received a response from *** stating that we would need to put in a "change order" We would need to check with the builder for feasibility and potential expense for this change He also stated that Monday would be the earliest I would get an answer Shortly after that he told
