We are paying customers just like the rest of them!!! Regards, [redacted] ***

The customer did not purchase the home until the closing date of the Land Home Transaction which was May 23, Anytime you use land in place of a cash down payment, the process takes MUCH LONGE; attorneys, lawyers, land deeds, title searches, appraisals, etc The issues with the delayed closing was always something with the lender....not the dealership So, the moment the lender cleared the conditions, the loan was closed HOWEVER.....the DEALERSHIP that she is bashing delivered the home before the loan even closed That is not a typical practice The customer was informed of the process all along the way As for the blinds, no, you were not charged extra for blinds If you read the Promise Sheet that was signed at closing, blinds were not mentioned Yes, we did decide to give you blinds since you misunderstood And yes, you were compensated $for the blinds Please put that in the complaint notes There will be no other adjustments made As for the the Manufacturer Warranty items....please read your closing contracts where the Manufacturer provides all Warranty items Please feel free to contact them for the remaining items that need warranty repair Their contact information is in your home owner's manual As for the issue of the contractor using the bathroom, I have addressed this with the contractor and he swears this was not him I have never known this guy to do anything like this and he has worked for us for a long time If I can prove this happened, he will no longer work for Tupelo Home Center

The home is tied down Please view the inspection sticker that is on the end of the home, provided by the state fire marshal The system used to tie down the home is one call Oliver Pan Technology System Please Google this system as it will show you that the 'old school' tie down system is no longer used Apparently someone that knows nothing about the setup of the home is feeding the customer bad information As for the service items of the home....TUPELO HOME CENTER did not build the home, nor do we provide warranty on any home sold Please refer to the page of the contracts that states "Notice Of Manufacturer's Warranty" that you signed at closing This, and your home owner's manual, that I hope you will take time to read, states that all the warranty items are covered by the manufacturer Please feel free to reach out to the manufacturer for all warranty items if the process that we take for everyone is not fast enough I will have my guy go and address the items that we, the dealership, are responsible for However, as told in closing, we are here to help you get the home serviced, but the MANUFACTURER is the one responsible If the manufacturer agrees to pay our guy to fix their issues, I can make that happen I never said anyone made up the disgusting part about what happened in the home I saw the pics It was disgusting I just have no proof of who did it

I am rejecting this response because: The dates are off but we still have a home that is NOT tied down and the underpinning hasn't been placed and there is still finishes needing to be done on the inside. Sheet rock , molding and repairs that need to be done due to the home somewhat being put together. There is also a faucet in the master bath that needs to be repaired. Luckily we caught in time the hot water heater leaking  before it could have flooded the home. Went to the place of business to report this problem and the lady that was told had a nasty attitude and informed us all we had to do was to cut the water off. Well 2 days later someone showed up to repair it. We have complained but it  its not helping they have even ignored phone calls. We did not make up the feces in the bathroom. We would love to have our home completed and not to keep telling us "It will be next week" The big picture here is JUST GET FINISHED WITH US AND GET IT RIGHT!!!!!
