Dear SirFirst off all there is no hours return policyNext of all MrDickens purchased Buick on 01/07/with 50/50warranty or miles, He would definitely fall under the warranty that we offered to make repairs under warrantyHe refusedto pay anything, call us
crooks, and just went ballisticWe told him the transmission was acting up and the repair would be approximately$We pay half, he pays halfHe then threaten us with attorneyI suggest he go see an attorney as contract is contractApparently, hemust have contacted an attorney as next day he called, apologized, and said he had thought it thru and said that we were correct about the contractSo, I, John King, the president of Beach Blvd Automotive, Inc., told MrDickins I would pay for the transmission repair in full but wewanted to be not responsible for any other repairs or he could pay 50% and we would honor the contractHe agreed to not pay anything and take car in "As Is" conditionThe vehicle was service prior to his purchaseHe test drove it and purchased the vehicle. We feel that he owes us an apology and correct this complaint as we put $Transmission in his vehicle at no cost,
