*** from Chrostowski Enterprises completed my roof this Summer (2014) Last December, I was in the process of buying an older home and learned during the inspection process that I would need a new roof I reached out to a few roofers to get quotes [redacted] responded quickly, professionally and his bid was detailed and competitive I put 50% down in January and once the weather improved in June, he came back in to complete the job The roof looks great and *** was easy to work with I also really appreciated that he and his crew cleaned up daily till the job was done I would hire [redacted] and again and absolutely recommend his work!

I am deeply bothered by the complaint made to the Revdex.com in regards to my company Chrostowski EnterprisesWe make every effort to please all of our customers, and pride ourselves on the excellent quality of work we provideChrostowski Enterprises gives every client a (five) year warranty on the work performedIf a client were to have an issue no matter what it is, they are instructed to call and set up an appointment for us to come out and fix the problem free of chargeI am saddened to hear that a client of mine had issues with a shingle we installedI am also deeply upset that a client of ours would state that they called times with no response, had a warranty and them paid another company to replace a full roofThere are times a call could slip through, however calls would be highly un-likelyAlso bothersome is the time frame for contacting us as well as replacement and complaint to Revdex.comUnfortunately when we are not given the opportunity to inspect a problem to determine why it occurred we cannot fix the issueThe warranties given clearly state the work is to be performed by Chrostowski Enterprises only; that is unless we deem the issue to be something we cannot physically fix and them we will discuss a way to reimburse for the extra expenses occurred in fixing the issueWe cannot predict that a client will have an issue, and unfortunately it is up to the client to reach us either via phone, mail, or in person to inform us of an issueI apologize if an issue did occur with their roof, I would have appreciated the opportunity to fix the issues when they occurredI apologize that there is nothing we can do at this point if they had the roof already replaced

I have reviewed the response to my complaint I do not accept the response and wish to continue with my complaintIt is stated that all I needed to do was call to voice my problem and it would be taken care of I called THREE times, stated my problem with my shingles blowing off my roof, and received NO response My phone messages were ignored ANY response from him would have been appreciated With winter setting in, I felt I needed to have my roof taken care of As it was, our first snow came at the time my roof was completed While the warranty is mentioned, it did me no good because of the lack of response to my phone messages.
