There was a curios deduction from my bank accountWhen I called, the bank referred me to the legal department for possible identity theft, as I did not recognize the company nameThe bank was not able to find the check bc Turbo does not 'process' the checkInstead, they scan it and collect the amount via the check routing numberSince I did not admit guilt and since the only way to get a review was to send the check, I would not expect them to immediately take my money without a letter of explanationMy bank opened a case to find out who this company was and why they kept deposited the amount /out my permission and no account of the actual check
I never received a letter that they denie
