On 8/5/I ordered a flat iron off of their online websiteOn 8/15/I had received the package and discovered that it was defective (it would shut off automatically before heating up fully)I called their customer service on 8/16/to let them know that the product was defective and was told to send the product in and their technicians would work to see what the problem wasOn 8/30/16, I was notified that the item was indeed defective and that I would be sent a new, identical productI received the new product on 9/3/but discovered that they had sent the wrong flat iron (they had sent a inch, instead of the inch I originally ordered)Since it was a Saturday, I waited until 9/6/to call their customer service again to see if I could get the right flat iron sent to meI was notified that the manager who has the authority to deal with this issue was "busy" and that she would return my call tomorrowI did not receive a call from the managerOn 9/9/16, I called custom
