This is turbo power Response to [redacted] Any additional information is needed please call [redacted] and thank you for the call you were very helpful [redacted] *** Dear *** [redacted] : I represent [redacted] /Turbo Power re your complaint under the above file numberYou sent a turbo wheel to turbo Power for repair in November 2016, Explaining you were a friend of a friend of [redacted] and had an emergencyHe repaired and returned it to you promptly without charge You sent another emergency Turbo repair job to Turbo Power per discussion with [redacted] in December 2016, which was also promptly repaired and returned to you in late December 2016, again without charging youLater in December 2016, you sent five (5) more Turbo to Turbo Power without any prior discussion with [redacted] [redacted] called you and explained that these five (5) additional units would take some time to repairYou told [redacted] "no problem, I just need them for existing stock" Your claim of unanswered calls, texts, e-mails, and a machine part which cannot be purchased new are rejectedResponding to your March 13, 2017, Complaint, [redacted] returned the last five (5) Turbo to you by [redacted] on March 22, 2017,in the same condition hereceived them Sincerely, [redacted] DW/ctb cc: [redacted]

[redacted]:      I represent [redacted]/Turbo Power re your complaint under the above file number. You sent a turbo wheel to turbo Power for repair in November 2016, Explaining you were a friend of a friend of [redacted] and had an emergency. He repaired and returned it to you promptly without charge.   You sent another emergency Turbo repair job to Turbo Power per discussion with [redacted] in December 2016, which was also promptly repaired and returned to you in late December 2016, again without charging you. Later in December 2016, you sent five (5) more Turbo to Turbo Power without any prior discussion with [redacted] called you and explained that these five (5) additional units would take some time to repair.
