On February 05,2020 I bought a product from this company for the amount of $1,995.00. They hold $800.00 Core charge to be return the next two days. On February 07,2020 they send me a confirmation that they refund me the $800.00 but they send it to a debit card that has been closed by the bank so money never hit my account. I have been calling many times and also my bank contact them telling them that the money never will show in to my account because that debit card has been close since long time. My bank has been told them to check their bank account and they will see that the money is back to them so I can give them my correct account for the refund and they told me that I need to show them proof from my bank that the money has been rejected to be able to give me the refund. My bank can not give me any proof and has been explaining them because the $800.00 never hit my account because that debit card is close. They refused to give me my money back at this point and hung up the phone on me and they-are being very unprofessional people
