Turbo Technicians

My daughter's car was hit by a driver/ employee driving a Turbo Technician service vehicle owned by the company. The accident occurred in the metro Atlanta area where this company has a local office. It's been over 3 days and she has not been able to even get a claim # from this company and/or their insurance company. Her car is pretty much totaled and the IT driver gave the police officer that took the report false information including: bogus company name( AAE CUI'?)and incorrect insurance compan and policy number for the case report. We spent almost a whole day tracking down the REAL company name and REAL insurance company. My daughter had her 8 week old preemie baby in the car and she herself is recovering from a C-Section. Now she is left holding the bag- paying for a rental car / towing ect out of pocket because this company is negligent in handling their responsibilities. We finally called company's corp office in Addison, TX on Tuesday evening and reported the false info to the police Dept. I explained my situation to the receptionist and was sent to VM for the Financial Controller (Chuck) that's supposed to handle company vehicle claims etc. I have received and no callback from Chuck or anyone at the corp office. We also called the local branch office in Auburn, Ga where the driver is employed and his mgr said it's out of his hands and diverted us to their insurance carrier, and the leasing company that the company van is leased through. We called the insurance company, (Safety National) and they could not help- we were told the insured( Turbo Technicians) has to initiate / report the claim to them so after 3 days- no claim number/ no response/ car is totaled. We have received 0 response from this company. They have no regard for human life and take no responsibility for the actions of their employees! BTW -The accident was clearly the driver's fault- he admitted fault to me, my daughter and the police officer- we also have several independent witnesses that saw accident!!
