Turbocourt.com Reviews (1)

I registered with Turbocourt.com as a means of starting a civil suit.
The first thing I would like to say is that I see on Revdex.com that Turbocourt is NOT Revdex.com ACCREDITED. Yet on the front page/ home page of Turbocourt [redacted] it shows the Revdex.com box that says "Revdex.com Accredited Business.
In fact it was on seeing that box/icon that first made me feel safe using the site thinking it was a legitimate site.
Red flags arose when it showed icons of credit cards it accepted without having stated any fee's at all. I started initial questionnaire expecting to learn what fee's there would be and the amount (s). I finally found a page for [redacted] which listed a $14. fee for [redacted] yet below that it said (paraphrasing here) that it did not have access to [redacted] fee's & that I must contact the county directly to learn their fee's.
As I read through the directions of use I saw it was quite disjointed. So before entering anymore info, I went to my email in box.
Upon receiving & opening my Turbocourt confirmation email; there was a bright red alert box that says: "Be careful! This sender failed our fraud detection checks".
I went back to Turbocourt site & viewed page info. it said the identity had been verified by Starfield Secure Certificate Authority G-2, but does not have public audit records.
Below that it stated that "your connection to Turbocourt.com is encrypted with obsolete crytpography.
I then opened the issuer certificate statement on site: [redacted] As I read through the extremely course of pathways it came to appear to be not a security measure of any sort but a company that simply sells domain names. Further reading appeared to indicate that any and all information passed through it could be given to or shared with who they wish and that content was not confidential. Most of the reading was simply the agreement between the domain name buyer & the seller. There was also much legal speak about not being responsible for sellers or merchants products or service or lack of. Nor were they responsible for any of the confidentiality of information or data used by any of their sites or paths of circulation (and there appeared to be many!) They simply sell a domain name.
Thankfully at that point I had only filled in my name, address, ph #, still more than I would have had I known that my info could go anywhere. I am glad that I didn't yet get into the particulars of my legal issues or with whom.
This company portrays itself as a direct state & local government portal .
I am already canceling my registration, putting them on my computer "unsafe" block list and blocking them from my email. I would suggest the same of others.
This company appears dicey, at best. After reading the Revdex.com's complaints of the company both settled or not and the reviews, I'm hoping I dodged a bullet.
It also goes by the name of Intresys-TurboCourt.
Thank goodness I didn't depend on them for something as important as a legal matter.
