Review: 16th of april I purchased a turbokit from turbokits.com to a motorbike with the brand [redacted] model. I actually bought the bike just to build a turbobike with the kit from turbokits.comThis was a Project that I worked together with Another Company just to have it as a promotion bike going on events and similar during the summer(june-august).I purchased the kit the 16th of april and the delivery time (that I asked extra for two times was on its max 6 weeks but they would try to get it done faster on 4 weeks. After that a tornado suddenly hit the factory so Everything got delaid(they said). After that I got a new date which was the 20th of june.It has now been 13 weeks and the kit is still not send. Week after week I Heard the same thing. - your kit is ready to ship next week. And the next week is the same story.The thing now is that I have sold the bike cause its no Point for us anymore due the summer and season is soon over here in sweden. And like I said. The kit is still not even on its way. I have tried to cancel the kit or get som percent back so I can in worst case scenario get the kit here and try to sell it my self and save my Money. I even asked them if they could sell the kit for me. The only compensation they want to give me is Another part to the bike Worth 350usd. How can that help me when I dont have a bike anymore? The only thing they are really good at is to blame the fabricator of the kit and that they are really sorry. But I havent bought a kit from the fabricator I bought a kit from turbokits.com and they cant deliver my kit and they now have my 4574usd.I spoke with someone on the phone that said they have a lot of problem with these kits and he also blamed the fabricator. Again... I bought a kit from turbokits.com not a unnown fabricator.Conclusion: I have been promised on email a delivery time in 6 weeks. On their homepage it says that these kits can take up to 12 weeks. Now its the 13th week and the kit is still not ready and definitly not sent.Desired Settlement: Full refund of the Money I paid transfered back to my account.

This is a custom, made to order kit, the delays were natural disaster based, we have done our best to keep you up to date and get back on a targeted deadline as fast as possible. We also threw in a $350+ billet oil pan to make up for the delay. We have never not replied to your e-mails or phone calls and have been upfront and honest the whole time. We are very sorry that you are not happy and are doing our best to get you the parts fast.

I am rejecting this response because:

First of all how can you say that your honest when you are lying every week about new delivery dates? after this natural disaster I got a new delivery date which was 20th of june. Now its 21st of july and it still not ready! I mean come on.... I dont even have a bike no more so what shall I do with the extra oil pan?? how is that helping me? the story is that you have my Money without paying rate!

Second... I didnt bought a kit from [redacted] which manufactoring the kit. I bought it from turbo kits.com. And you havent had a natural disaster. Its not my problem that your manufactory had that. That is your problem and you have to take responsible for that! not me!

I have paid for nothing and I simply want my Money back! Its very easy..... You just sell the so called custom kit to someone else the year its ready.

And how can you call a kit custom built when it fits a serial production bike?
