We received your letter concerning the complaint from [redacted] *** After talking to our Manager, Steve S [redacted] on this matter he agress that he did tell Mr [redacted] that he would receive a gas card when he sold his next vehicle MrS [redacted] is the sales manager and only sells when someone asks for him or if we are short handed on the sale floor MrS [redacted] has not sold anything to date to put the gas card on but I am going to pay it upfront for him so we can get the problem handled I am sorry for this to have got blown out of hand Thank you, Sheryl
