I called zlien left a message to cancel, I didnt hear anything back until I tried to cancel the payment, then I started to get emails and a call and then they put a lien on a person and not on the houseIts shady how you can have incomplete information and put a lien on somebody or somethingI still havent received my payment

To Whom It May Concern,Mr [redacted] submitted an order for a Texas mechanics lien through zlien's software platform (please see attached Order Sheet generated based on his input information)Pursuant to zlien's Terms of Use and fulfillment practices, payment from pay-as-y/ retail customers who order on a per document basis must be received prior to beginning the fulfillment processAfter payment was received, his order began to be processed through the systemA zlien fulfillment employee reached out to Mr [redacted] on occasions (via email, and via phone [left message]) in an attempt to gather more information about his order, and to confirm how he wished to proceed since the research process resulted in information in conflict with that provided by Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] never responded to the emails or phone call, so the order was processed with the information he providedzlien did not provide any information, change any information, or modify the text, names, or addresses provided by Mr [redacted] in any way - the document and the parties to whom it was mailed (and the associated address) was exactly as set forth by Mr [redacted] Further, the addresses listed, the contacts, the contact project roles, and other text on the document was available to Mr [redacted] at any time simply by logging into his account and viewing the project and/or project documents.In addition to the foregoing, the lien claim was successfully recorded as instrument number [redacted] , using the information provided by Mr [redacted] , and was successfully mailed to the property owner party at the address provided by Mr [redacted] Thank you

the user's project at 4*** * *** *** ***While zlien endeavors to complete all orders in a timely fashion, the completion of orders is subject to the service level agreement set out in the Terms of Use, and is conditioned upon the cooperation of the user, when needed. zlien is a cloud-based software application through which users can create and send notices, liens, and other documents to control financial risk in the construction industryAccordingly, zlien is a self-help tool for our retail users. zlien's Terms of Use note that: "The Company will endeavor to place your ordered document in a Walz Group batch for mailing to the proper party and/or recording office within five (5) business days of any placed orders, or if a rush charge is paid by you within one (1) business day of any placed order.Once your ordered document is placed in the Walz Group batch for mailing, the document will be mailed within business days, subject to the terms and conditions of the Walz Group." Further, it is specifically noted that: "these performance dates are subject to your cooperation with the Company, who may require additional information or documentation to place your orderIf additional information and documentation is required, the Company will send for delivery the ordered document to the proper party and/or recording office within the previously stated time periods from the date the additional information or documentation is provided"Since the particular order number was not provided with the complaint, it cannot be determined whether more information was needed, pursuant to the above, and/or whether the order was not sent within the applicable 5-business day periodzlien offers a "Rush" option to expedite the processing of an order if the user so desires, but no orders by this user were "rushed"Further, the claim that the user is "out $79,000" cannot be evaluated with the information provided, and in any event, even if true, could be because of many, many different factorsIt appears from the user's account that many orders were placed for a preliminary notice document that may not be required to be delivered more than once - it may be that the user mis-identified the notice intended to be sentTexas does have a notice that may be required to be given more than one time (a monthly or recurring notice), but that is not the document the user ordered in any caseSince zlien is disallowed from giving legal counsel or advice, the company is limited to providing information from which the user may make his/her own decisions on what to file or sendChoosing incorrectly may (or may not) have adverse effects on the user's ability to later recover.zlien works relentlessly to streamline the process of financial risk management in the construction industry, and constantly endeavors to make our users happy and satisfied with the productWhile we are unhappy that this user had a poor experience, we have not seen anything that provides evidence that any order or interaction was handled in a manner inconsistent with the company's terms, expectations, and missionIf more information is provided, a more specific response can be given
