While I am grateful that Turf Club sent me a full refund, none of that would have been necessary if he would have just returned my phone calls All I wanted, as I explained in voice messages to him, was a response as to when he would service the lawn In my last phone call to Turf Club, I did say I'd call the Revdex.com or an attorney if he didn't respond Never have I written him a letter, threatened to call the police or Six on Your Side I think he's confusing me with another customer I HAVE been a satisfied customer for ten years, and would have continued to do so, if only I knew what was going on All I needed was a phone call Please don't make me look like a bad person, or someone hard to please That's very very unfair I welcome him to contact me personally

Ouch, sounds petty. This has truly been a difficult year for me personally. You will never fully appreciate what my wife and I have endured.  I do however, wish you nothing but the best. This issue is resolved as far as I am concerned. End of discussion.

Many people are completely unaware of how lawn service even works. They think you can go to the hardware store and buy a bag of stuff that magically fixes the lawn and makes it beautiful. Not how any of it works. This was a very satisfied customer for 10 years with not a hint of complaint. This...

spring I was personally involved in a serious accident and could not work for over three weeks. This was discussed and explained in detail to said customer, IN PERSON. Then with 20 straight days of rain in June, my schedule got further behind - I can not control the weather. This customer got an application in early May and I know for a fact that her lawn looked far superior to many of her neighbors. So, even with one application (while her neighbors were probably on their 3rd application) her lawn was still in much better condition. She has called excessively (yes [redacted], I have saved the phone calls on my machine) sent letters to my home, left a message calling me dishonest and a rip off and theatening to call the police and six on your side, attorney blah, blah, blah ... I have been in business for 36 years and never had this with a customer. She was issued a full refund for her ENTIRE season on July 21st, including the application she had already received. I have gone above and beyond what is required of me in trying to please this woman. She is now free to find her "honest" lawn care company. So Mr. Revdex.com - Please set this record straight.
