The turf...
installers was supposed to get all the permits & obey all the regulations from the city before start of this job as per our aggreement & are continue telling us every thing is under control & is resolved,I can give you permission to talk & resolve this matter with the city otherwise I want you to make my lawn the way it was before you work on it without permit & without approval of the city & refund my payments.
