Great Customer Service! small local business that deserves the recognition for there hard work.
my complaint is that turf management and services not start working in my community till after 8am not start at 7am. company hung up on me .
on monday , june 25th at 655 am ,I was awakened by gas powered lawn equipment being operated next door to my house at , this has been an ongoing issue with this company. the address where turf and landscape management was working is ***. I expressed my concerns to an employee about the extremely early hour of the work and he stated , I am just a worker , call the office. I called the office trying to get some resolution and was spoken to rudely and hung up on. the number that I called was ***. tried to call back to get name of who I spoke to and company is screening caller id and wont pick up. just asking for courteous treatment and flexibility with company.
just dont start till after 8am
Turf and Landscape Mgnt. did not know of a problem as to starting at 7am. as this is the first time be notified in which we have been working there for over 15 years? Mr. was very upset and rude to speak with, We will not be spoken to in that manner of disrespect. After speaking with the very nice homeowner that we are working for we made arrangements that day to start at a later time. This is the first time a complaint has been filed against us in 28 years of business. We take great pride in being a respectful contractor.

evidently asking someone from a business to start an hour later is being rude. at no time did I raise my voice or cuss or demean the unknown person on the other end of the line, as they didn't identify themselves. I only placed the phone call because when I approached the worker and asked about coming a little later, he stated don't talk to me , call the office. So because the manager/owner doesn't like my request, he HANGS up on me. In addition there was another neighbor who I didn't know had called the office and guess what , they were hung up on also. If phone call was recorded as most professional businesses do ,I would love to hear the playback of the conversation that I had with the Office. Whoever I talked to must have failed Customer Service 101,in School. Bottom line ,there was a resolution,so in the end,thank You Turf Management.
