To whom it may concern: *** never contacted me in the fallI contacted *** who told me that he would fix the depression at the end of August into SeptemberI called in October wanting to know why it hadn't been fixed and was told the schedule is full*** had told me he would be out 9/16/or 9/17/to fix itHe did not showHe called and suggested he would be out the weekend after, and yet again did not show. After all the delays and runaround I submitted a complaint to the Revdex.comI got a call from *** the week after stating " I'm coming to your house right now to fix it." I refused because I will be there when they do the work and I also had scheduled a sprinkler blowout for 10/17/In essence, *** told me that I don't know anything about grass and it was fine to install at this time of year and I was blowing out to earlyTwo days later we had a degree night, water freezes at and my sprinkler heads are at the surfaceMany other people are getting blowouts right now as well, so I suppose the whole town blows out sprinklers to early. Drag a hose to the area for wateringWow! Thanks for the inconvenience, that's why I have a sprinkler system and I have a busy schedule too! Curb stops set to highYes they are I had the water department do that , because *** said he could not do the work if he covered them overon ***'s visit he said to leave them up because the repair would likely bring the grade even with the curb stopThey have been a pain to mow around all summer. *** ofered me a price for him to do the renovation without the whole crew coming out.I have felt since the day I had issues with your work all that has been done is to sweep my issue under the carpetI have been given the runaround and delaysThe correspondence from you indicates that I'm the one with the problemAll I can do is tell my story, you have my money, and I have a depression in my yardThanks I guessI will have to accept that you might come back in the spring and fix the depression. [redacted] told you this as well. Turf Master soil prep and installations book up very quickly throughout the season and fall is one...

of the best times to install turf. Your yard is not in such a terrible state to wait until your new turf establishes then Turf Master can help and not damage the major portion of the yard for a small depression. Your curb stops were set to high. We did reach out to you, you were unavailable. When we did get in touch to schedule your minor repair you refused because you were having your sprinkler system blown out. You were then advised it was very early for a system blowout as fall is a great time for root growth on new turf installations. You could also drag a hose to the small area being replaced for watering. You still refused our help. This being the case we are happy to repair the slight depression in the spring like we already mentioned we would. If this does not work for you we can all move on. However, we look to satisfy your disappointment with Turf Master Sod and resolve your issue.
