Turf Master

I have used Turf Master's services since 2021 with no complaints. However, this year my lawn had many large bare spots. I questioned why and was told the weather was unusual this year and aerating the soil would help. I told them this was done by my neighbor who also cuts my lawn. I called and asked if they would send a manager out. Three additional calls later I looked out my window and a tall, skinny, arrogant, 00young man standing there with his spray equipment on his back. I am handicapped and was speaking with him through the window. He accused me of lying about the aeration and he told me he had killed the centipede grass because it's a weed. Therein lies the problem. My grass has been a combination of Bermuda and Centipede for years. Finally a manager came out, gave his card to my husband, and said he would call me Monday. He never did so. I called about Wednesday an explained to a nice young operator that he had not called and she was even surprised. Finally he called on Thursday and asked me what he could do to fix the problem. I told him, YOUR FIRED. I am so angry. What a waste of money!

Do not use this company in the Birmingham area, because they forgot my scheduled routine appointment for my lawn. After I called to get that taken care of two months later I called to have them come deal with the weeds, per their contract, call and they come free of charge to spray for weeds at any time; as of today it's been 1.5 weeks and no one has arrived yet. They have the wrong type of grass listed on my account and I can't seem to get anyone on the phone. They are based out of Atlanta and have not got their Birmingham location in order and functioning as a professional business.
