Turf N' Trail

I have used Turf n Trail 2 times with a neutral experience and 1 with a negative experience. Customer service is definitely not there specialty. I called in to see if they had a part for my mower, and it was apparent that I was wasting this guy's time. I did not know the model off hand, as the sticker was in rough shape. I asked for some patience, as this isn't what I do for a living. I was then told to find someone else, before he hung up on me. He ruined Turf n Trail for me.
