I purchased a house that had a Moore's Propane tank on the propertyWhen I called to get pricing for a refill and they could not match it, I went with *** in ***I used all of the propane in the tank except approxlitres in itI heard than when they deliver a tank to a new customer they leave some in it for the new hookup, so I did the same
I gave Moore's Propane customer service a courtesy call to come and pickup their tank, *** to change companies and that I was not allowed to change companiesHe also told me that I would get *** by ***, ***
month later a Moore's truck came to my yard and picked up the old tank
Approxdays later I received an invoice in the mail for $for the pick up of the tank and also a charge for the litres of propane I had left in it(approx value $150)
I have now received on March 24th a colle
