Turf & Tree Worx did not do any work for me, but made a suggestion that I try another solution before landscaping. I appreciate this advice. It's not often that you find a company/business, who will advise you to try something else before hiring them. I recommended their name to the business that did my gutters and downspouts.

Review: Bought 25 trees last fall from company. They came out to install. Poor install all crooked. Argued about staking trees came back did a horrible job staking. Insisted on getting paid even though he knew they were crooked but claimed ground was froze.now spring is here we contacted him said he would come out promptly never came. They are ALL starting to die. I had another tree professional come out and none are planted deep enough some are still tied at ball no staking poorly handled. I was told that no amount of fertilizer or watering will save these at this timeDesired Settlement: I want 25 new trees. Delivered That aren't damaged. Money back on install to hire someone who knows how to install trees

It got cold last fall and the trees un-straightened and company called him back at a later date to advise he would come out on Monday and the consumer said he already paid someone re-straightened them. It was an early cold snap last fall. We will revisit in early July and he will decide what to do at that time to help offset the staking. The company cannot guarantee trees and purchased without warranty as they are unsure what a consumer will do with watering.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is Not necessarily fair I DID pay them to install my trees I assumed correctly which they did not do All out of the ground and crooked it had been over 30 days since my complaint to you before he contacted us to come out I gave him several weeks before that it is not fair to pay someone else to try and save these trees which may not be saveable but we could not wait any longer we had grass going in and needed to limit the use of equipment I am willing to wait till July and see what happens if they live or die he made no promises how many he would replace he said not all that die I don't think a company like this should be walking around with an a+ rating from you if it does that doesn't say much for your grading system
