I have been using Turfgator for years and utilize them for the full service of my lawn including standard treatments, grubs, lime, shrub and tree treatments, aeration as well as the whole home treatment for bugs I have been very pleased with their services and the techs that visit the home always leave a note explaining what they did I have had to call them back to treat areas the developed unwanted weeds and they have done so quickly and with good results My lawn is always 99% weed free and you can't really see the 1% unless you are mowing...and I can live with that When I compare my yard to my neighbors that have other companies do their treatments I feel mine has a better weed free appearance than theirs as I can see the dandelions in their yards which amazes me because I have not had one in years!! The only thing I can say is an opportunity for this company is the cost, when I started years ago my treatments were under $and they are now $but it's relative to the cost increase I have experienced in my other services to my home I have many companies that try to get my business away from Turfgator and some are MUCH cheaper, in some cases $a treatment I am happy with Turfgator and as long as they continue to do the job they have done for me over the past years I will stay with them, you never know what you will get from a new company and I know what I get from Turfgator!

When a customer signs up for our service we have an audit process where we inform the customer that our services are continuous from year to year unless we are notified otherwiseWe also send out two (2) letters before beginning services
stating that the service is going to be starting up soonIf we do not get a response from the customer we automatically start the service up at the appropriate timeWe completed Ms***'s application on March 25, On March 26, Ms*** contacted us to cancel her service, which we did at that timeOn June 3, we were able to reach Ms*** in regards to her past due balance of $at that time she stated she wanted to pay the bill with her American Express card and we informed her that we don't accept American Express, she got upset and stated that she would have to send in a check thenOn June 16, we spoke to Ms*** again and she stated that she had been in the hospital for ten (10) days and that she didn't know when she would be able to get the payment inOn June 29, Ms*** left a voicemail at our office stating that she had been in the hospital and that she was sorry for the delayed payment and she would be sending it inOn July 9, she called into our office and spoke to a customer service representative and stated she wouldn't be able to pay the bill for roughly another monthWe also send out statements with over balances and on those statements they also state that our services are continuous from year to year unless otherwise notifiedAt that point, we had exhausted all of our resources on receiving payment and turned it over to our outside firm to collect payment

Our records show that our office spoke to customer in regards to the balance and was willing to come to a resolution with splitting the balance with the customer at which time they were hung up on without resolutionWe are willing to split the balance with the customer and cancelled the account in
it's entirety

We started using Turf Gator this year Our lawn could not look better Very pleased Their techs are very knowledgeable

and was notified the day after that they wanted to cancel our service. Our records show we made contact about this account on April 26, about the balance and we were told that they did not want our service and would file a police reportAt that time we cleared the account and this customer does not have any balance owed to our company

I have many companies that try to get my business away from Turfgator and some are MUCH cheaper, in some cases $10 a treatment. I am happy with Turfgator and as long as they continue to do the job they have done for me over the past 5 years I will stay with them, you never know what you will get from a new company and I know what I get from Turfgator!

Our services are continuous from year to year for conveyance and so we put the product down at at the right time. Our records show the customer called and left a voicemail stating she didn't want to continue our service, at which point we cancelled the account and cleared the balance. This account...

is no longer active in our system and stands at a zero balance.

I show we completed seven (7) lawn applications in which three (3) were not charged to the customer. I show that we spoke to the customer on numerous occasions and he informed us that a technician of ours (which is no longer with us) was to be paying for some of the applications. The former employee...

left to go to another lawn company at which time this customer cancelled our services to follow him to the other company. We have cleared his account and he owes no balance to our company.
