I checked the camera and talked to the bartender. The customer was never asked to leave after he knocked over his drink. He was refused alcohol and offered water or soda. stumbles around in the parking lot, dropping things. He finally sits on a curb and appears to make a call. The police came to the bar a short time later. They asked for the caller. But he didn't stick around. The accusations the caller made are against the law and could have resulted in fines from the lcb and would have cost the bartender his job. The police determined that the bartender was not intoxicated. And that he did the right thing in not serving the customer any more alcohol. It is the bar and the Bartender's job  to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated. It is a judgement call that has to be made on a daily bases. This person was upset that he couldn't get more alcohol. He left in his own. The next day  he returned at 6:00. There was a different bartender working. He had left some movies he must have rented. He asked and received them and left without incident. Later on that night he realized he left his coat there also. He returned again and this time the same bartender was working. He asked for his coat. A customer, on his own accord asked the bartender if that was the guy who called the police. The bartender said probably not sure. Then the two customers had words. The bartender then told him that he was no longer welcome.Sent frommy iPhone
