I got one of my refunds cause they told me that they don't go to Miami airport
I purchased the tickets several months ago cause I was going to Fort Lauderdale but due to I had to change my flight to Miami they said that there not stopping in Miami airport even though their website says they did. So I want the rest of my refund
I cancelled the pick up dates and only got one refund 38$. My reservation is for Oct 15 and 21 for 2 people each time. 38$ per trip for two. Red #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX I would like the other 38$ or be picked up at Miami airport. The website said it went to both but when I called them they claim that they only go to Fort Lauderdale so I deserve the rest of my money back

Ms. Coggings is requesting 2 refunds for $38.00 each totaling $76.00.
We issued a REFUND for $38.00 and processed a CHARGE BACK for $38.00 both on behalf of Ms. Coggings. The total amount refunded/chargeback to Ms. Coggings was $76.00.
Attached are TWO documents one for the Refund and one for the Chargeback.

I was never told ever that I would have to pay a charge back.
I don't think it's right, or fair since I cancelled over 2 months advanced only because they claim on their website , what airport are you coming from Miami or fort Lauderdale. So I feel like I was lied to and tricked. This charge back that they are claiming is nothing that they told me about on the phone or on line. So this is just a way of keeping the consumer money.

A "chargeback" is the term Credit Card companies use for a REFUND. In other words, the credit card company GAVE YOU your money and "chargebacked" us for the amount. So, you got a "chargeback" from your credit card plus the REFUND we did to your second payment. All the money you paid to us has been returned to you via a chargeback and a refund.
We hope this clear the situation and misunderstanding.
