signing customer specified that she was concerned about the main house roof and porch roof, and when asked about the section of the bay roof area customer said they were not concerned about it, so the contract does not include the bay roof areaAfter the work on customers roof was completed the estimator came out and did a final walk through with the customer to make sure the customer was satisfied and all work promised on the contract was completed, and customer was satisfied and did not voice her concern about bay window sectionWe will be more than willing to provide a copy of the contract if needed to show that the bay window area was not included.In conclusion, we at Turkmasters value our costumers loyalt;y and satisfaction and we went out a few weeks ago and shingled the bay window area at no charge.Sincerely,Moses ***

To whom It May Concern,In respons to the above complaint, We have tried to contact the homeowner but unfortunately had the wrong phone number, However, We spoke to the homeowner today (June 7th 2017) to let her know that someone is going there as we speak to address the issuePlease be advised we
only got notice on Monday June 5th for the issue and were trying our best to get to it in a timely matter, we are a busy company and sometimes cannot get to certain places right away

The "repair" job is unacceptableMy neighbor got a new roof & my property gets damaged by a company that claims to be professionalBy allowing them access to my property has caused me stress, time off work & money to obtain quotes from professional companysThis has been frustrating & needs to be corrected ASAP. I do not accept this offer due to the fact that my house will then be 2 different colors and I am aware that if specific steps are not followed in the preparation of the surface that the paint will crack and peel in the years to follow causing me to spend more money to hire a contractor to paint the house again.

My name is moe w/Turkmasters. Tried contacting Mr [redacted] numerous times,get an city of Bflo sheet metal shop voicemail    According to our project manager the customer used an chemical himself to attempt to clean siding with out powerwashing dust off older vinyl which caused the vinyl...

and existing dust to smear siding. We came out twice(Jonathan and Jr) to remove all the scuff marks that where caused by roof tear off (3 layer tear off on 2 story double) Don I can meet in person with city building inspector anytime btwn mon-from 9am-4:30pm my cell [redacted]. Hopefully we can resolve this matter fairly soon. Thanks.

Me and the customer met at job location on 7/22/16 at 5:00pm.turns out I(moe) had the customers work number not personal cell)explains the reason for miscommunications. Evaluated the condition of vinyl siding. Original siding was put on structure in the 1980s. Would be an hard match to replace smeared panels. Came to an conclusion to call in vinyl siding expert for further advice and contact local painting contractor for estimate on repointing areas effected completely to match rest of house wall surfaces. Getting together early next week to finalize solution to matter. Thanks.

I recently had my roof replaced on my house in North Tonawanda. All of the Turkmasters staff were very courteous and professional. They performed a complete tear off and replacement in one day. Their quality of work is excellent! They also did a great job protecting the surroundings of the house from damage and did an excellent job cleaning up. They are definitely a first rate roofing company!
