Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 18, 2016/02/11) */ These complaints are all falseThis job took extra time to complete due to the customer arguing with his neighbor & the neighbor getting the city of Twinsburg involvedThis took approximately weeksDue to the arguments & the neighbors complaints the driveway had to be moved 5' per Twinsburg city specsThe neighbor won the argumentIn addition, customer agreed to do the plumbing which took the customer weeks to completeIt actually took Turle Construction (9) days to complete the job proposedIn regards to the damaged garage door, Turle Construction replaced & installed the door & deducted $from the total cost of the jobThe customer advised Turle Construction not to repair garage ceiling because customer said he planned on replacing all of the dry wall in the garage anywaysAs for being accused of stealing material, Turle Construction did not take anything that didn't belong to themCustomer took 80' of 4" drain pipe back to supplier for refundIn the end the customer was completely satisfied with no complaints addressed after the completion of the job Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 20, 2016/02/12) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
