I am rejecting this response because:The letter was hand delivered and written by the childrens fatherMy year old daughter witnessed the interaction as well as another mother who was thereI have several text messages from the dates that the letter was given with confirmation that the letter was receivedI am very disheartened that my children have not attended the school for months and they still continue to charge my credit cardI am appalled by the customer service and lack of communication with the schoolI am demanding my money be refunded due to the fact I have not received any of her services and a handwritten letter was given
