Review: I went to take my car in to get smoged told me it would take 5 minutes 30 minutes later all they did was turn my car around helping other people I was in a time crunch so I got my car that they left the whole time with the keys in the ignition that is not safe I drove off to go else where where I would not wait 30 minutes my boyfriend called stating I owed them money for a service not done. I called the company spoke with [redacted] and sayd it was okay. After that not knowing they called my boyfriend to charge him and charge him for services not rendered he agreed to pay after work. After I found out I called there office and they gave me a hole round around stating they would put a lease in my car they have bad service poor credibility and they steal from the poor because I'm in a fixed income and it bothers me that crooks like these have a business when they need to be in jail so please help me, I did nothing wrong and have to take [redacted] from [redacted] taking from me, they took advantage that my boyfriend was not aware of the situation and there paperwork is lies.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund

I have spoken to my service manager and employees concerning this incident and I am completely satisfied that our actions with this customer were in keeping with our company policy of customer service. The clients car was smogged by our service manager, returned the car to the front of service door, stepped away to retrieve the smog statement from the smog printer when he saw the client run to the car, start and drive away. Service manager called the number provided by client and phone was answered by clients friend. He came to the shop and paid for the smog, and profusely apologized for her actions, I personally was present along with the owner. I reviewed our security tapes to acknowledge what happened. Why after they called my boyfriend did I call back and the guy in charge told me it would be as is and never go back did He then call my again boyfriend to rip him off and charge him .after he told me a different story I am not pleased or did my boyfriend apologize telling him to never go back I want my refund since there crooks and the business was with me not my boyfriend
